Transcripts 101
Please Note: Teaching Channel does not process transcripts. Review the steps below and contact Roosevelt University to request your transcript. It is recommended that your completed coursework be submitted to Teaching Channel at least 30 days prior to your transcript deadline.
Verify: Log in to your Account and verify your first name and last name are entered exactly as you would like them to appear on your transcript. Typically, the first and last name fields should be your full legal name.
Step 1: Coursework Evaluation. Your coursework will be evaluated within 5-7 business days of your final module submission. You will receive an email notification when your grade has posted to your Teaching Channel account and a Teaching Channel letter of completion is available. (You may receive multiple notifications if you have registered for multiple courses.) Please note that this email does not indicate your transcript is ready to be ordered.
Step 2: Grade Postings. The grade will then be posted in the Roosevelt University system within 2-4 business days after coursework evaluation.
Step 3: Transcript Request. Request your transcript only after you allow at least 10 business days to ensure Roosevelt University has time to make sure your transcript is available. You will use your Teaching Channel Customer # to request your transcript. Transcript requests in July and August could take longer due to the high volume during these times. Please make sure to include a physical delivery address in your request for your transcript.
If you have any questions about the transcript process, have problems with placing the order, or wish to check on its status, please email [email protected]. Roosevelt University will charge a fee of $14.25 for a transcript. Checks or credit cards accepted. Once Roosevelt has received your order, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
