ACE Transcript Information
Transcripts 101
Please Note: Teaching Channel does not process transcripts.
Review the steps below to learn how to request your transcript. It is recommended that your completed coursework be submitted to Teaching Channel at least 30 days prior to your transcript deadline.
Verify: Log in to your Account and verify your first name and last name are entered exactly as you would like them to appear on your transcript. Typically, the first and last name fields should be your full legal name.
Step 1: Coursework Evaluation. Your coursework will be evaluated within 5-7 business days of your final module submission. You will receive an email notification when your grade has posted to your Teaching Channel account and a Teaching Channel letter of completion is available. (You may receive multiple notifications if you have registered for multiple courses.) Please note that this email does not indicate your transcript is ready to be ordered.
Step 3: Transcript Request Request your transcript only after you receive an email from ACE confirming your grade is available for transcription. Please do not order or request transcripts from ACE until your receive all grade emails from all courses with Teaching Channel.
Please Note: Transcripts may take up to 72 hours to process. If it is an electronic official transcript, it will be sent as soon as it is processed (within 72 hours). If it is a paper official transcript, it will be mailed within the 72-hour window.
Transcripts will be granted through Parchment. Transcription fees through Parchment are $8 for a digital copy and $10 for a paper copy. If you have questions about Parchment and the ordering process, please contact Parchment directly, or visit their Help Center. If you have specific concerns or questions about what is on your transcript or eligibility to order, please call the ACE registrar’s office at 800-280-0307 (option 1) or email [email protected].

American College of Education does not provide additional documentation for tax purposes.
Teaching Channel provides all customers with a receipt upon order confirmation. We encourage you to seek advice from a competent professional tax advisor regarding the taxation implications of education related expenses.
